These files are 15 minutes of sounds recorded with binaural beats intended to aid relaxation and light trance.
You can play them on line or download zipped MP3 files to play on your MP3 player.
(The Pavane tracks are only 6⅔ minutes)
The should be played through headphones rather than loudspeakers, to keep the left and right channels separate.
It is best to listen with closed eyes, and some people find that rolling the closed eyes upwards enhances the effects.
There are five different basic sounds:-
Music (Ravel's Pavane pour une infante défunte); Sea Waves; and three tones - A above Middle C, Middle C, and A & C together.
The descriptions S4, F0, etc. indicate the binaural modulation used.
S(X) indicates that the modulation drops at 3 Hz/min during the first few minutes from 12 Hz to X Hz
and thereafter remains steady at X Hz, F(X) indicates a fixed binaural beat of X Hz.
(F0 indicates the original material without a binaural beat.)
